...and a defense against aging rapidly, heart disease, cancer, and Dementia.

Once your body gives out--

and the symptoms are critical--

it's too late to make easy diet changes that can help you much.

Why not start now and eat your way into a healthy lifestyle with the Mediterranean Diet?

It's a lot less trouble and expense to switch your diet than suffer through disease, the dangers of allopathic prescription drugs and surgery, isn't it?

Allopathic procedures and medicines - Caution!

"Annually, over a
quarter-of-a-million
deaths are caused by medicine
(latrogenic illness*).

This is more than
cardiovascular disease
(the second leading cause
of death) and cancer
(the third cause of death.)

NutritionInstituteofAmerica.org

Medicines are the number one cause of death in the US. *[Causes of iatrogenesis include medical error, negligence, and the adverse effects or interactions of prescription drugs.]

Find an "alternative route" to health and wellness.

It's all about you -- and your attitudes and mind-set.

The process of changing your diet appears easy but it does take Focus and repetition to initiate lasting change. You cannot reason yourself out of a position you were not reasoned into.

You inherited your diet habits from your family (and genes). You likely accept it as "fact" -- and that's why you can only change those habits with a plan and repetition: Reading about it won't do it - you know that from experience.

You can take action and make a plan - will you? Here's some facts to get you started with the Mediterranean Diet -- a Natural Cure that is aimed at Health and Wellness.

"The Mediterranean Diet is more than
just a diet -- it's a lifestyle.

Finding fulfillment in exercise, the outdoors,
and nurturing relationships -- all part of living
Mediterranean style -- will help prevent you
falling back into unhealthy habits.

It's the most pleasurable way of
eating and living I can imagine."

Eve Adamson

Mediterranean diet as a Lifestyle choice.

The staples of the Mediterranean diet include fresh organic fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds, legumes, seafood, yogurt, olive oil, and red wine. Eat food that is in season and locally grown, and avoid processed food.

Eating healthy, tasty food is easier than treating diseases.

Take a little time to switch over to healthy eating habits.

The Mediterranean Diet: a Natural Cure.

Symptoms of poor diet and nutrition like obesity, diabetes, and heart disease work together to speed dementia and other brain problems.

You can take steps now to revers the decline.

The Mediterranean Diet is a simple solution, proven to restore health and promote longevity.

Research over ten years found the Mediterranean diet lowered blood pressure, reduced body weight, blood fats, and blood sugar and insulin levels - all contributing to a longer life expectancy.

The Mediterranean diet also protects the brain with up to a 40% less risk of developing Dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

"Memory is life.

Without it you have
no past and no context
for the present, and
without a presnt you
have no way to plan
for the future.

If you don't protect
your memory,
you will lose it."

Dr Arnold Bresky

Alzheimer's is the 7th leading cause of death.

Before the age of 65 there is only one chance in 1,000 of contracting Alzheimer's disease.

However, at 65 there is one chance in only 20 of escaping.

By the time you reach the age of 80, one in five has Alzheimer's ....and by the age of 85, one in two people has the disease.

There are no cures - you can ONLY rely on Natural Cures earlier in your life, like diet and a stress relief plan of action, to prevent the conditions that foster disease.

The Mediterranean Diet: Basic Dietary Guideline

Use olive oil in everything.
Oleocanthal, a compound in olive oil reduces inflammation, which prevents conditions like heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer's, and autoimmune diseases, as well as certain cancers.

Omega-3 fatty acids (fish) have been shown to reduce the incidence of heart attacks, blood clots, hypertension, and strokes; and prevent some cancers and lower the risk of neurological disorders like Dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

Diet specifics.

  • 80% of the diet is fruits, vegetables, bread and other cereals, potatoes, beans, nuts and seeds.

  • Olive oil is the primary monounsaturated fat source

  • Dairy products, red meat and poultry are eaten infrequently

  • Fish and eggs are consumed one to four times a week

  • Red wine is consumed in low to moderate amounts

Implementing the Mediterranean diet.

Switching to a Mediterranean diet is easy. Eat small portions of high-quality food that tastes delicious and you'll maintain your optimum body weight. Choose plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, limit red meat, and eat fish at least once a week. Switch to skim milk, fat-free yogurt and low-fat cheese.

The Mediterranean Diet Action Plan

  • Eat a variety of whole fruits and vegetables every day in seven to 10 servings. Fruit salads are a wonderful way to eat a variety of healthy fruit.

  • Have snack-foods on handy- carrots, celery, apples, bananas, avocados, walnuts, almonds, pecans and Brazil nuts. Eat organic natural peanut butter without the sugars.

  • Use canola or olive oil in cooking. Use olive oil for salad dressing and to replace dairy. Dip bread in flavored olive oil or lightly spread it on whole-grain bread.

  • Add fish and poultry (replacing red meat and eliminate sausage, bacon and high-fat meats.)

Take a walk in the fresh air and sunshine.

Exercise is a big part of a healthy lifestyle.

Eat grilled (in olive oil) or baked fish once or twice a week.

Healthier choices are water-packed tuna, salmon, trout, mackerel and herring.

Eat "deep sea caught and quick frozen and not "local off-shore" fish to avoid pollutants and mercury.

  • Whole grains in their natural state are full of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Use whole grain foods like bread, pasta, potatoes, polenta, rice, and couscous. "Ezekial 4:9" bread is organic and wheat and gluten free...and comes with cinnamon and raisons too.

  • Enjoy a glass of red wine with meals. Red wine lowers the rates of heart disease, due to antioxidants (transresveratrol and oligomeric proanthocyanidin (OPC) keep blood circulation healthy and prevent blood clots from forming.)

  • Fruit for dessert is naturally sweet and has fiber and nutrients (apples, grapes, and oranges). Omit pastry and processed sweats. Use honey as a natural sweetner - and for hot drinks - don't heat over 105º to retain it's nutritional and curative properties.

  • Natural teas. Boil water in a glass pot and add fresh mint, eucalyptus leaves or organic varieties - Steep and serve. Make healthy natural teas with ginger and lemon grass: boil in a glass pot for 20 minutes.

  • Take a walk. The Mediterranean diet is successful in part because the people walk everywhere -- and exercise is a natural part of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Your body can not function without it - and your lymph system needs movement to work at all. Once you have increased your nutrition you'll find you have the added energy to walk or ride your bike.

"Pharmaceutical
drugs come with
information sheets
listing voluminous
side effects that
range from irritating
to deadly.

When a drug is
introduced into
the body to treat a
malfunction in one
protein, that drug
inevitable interacts
with at least one

other proteins.

Complicating the drug
side-effec issue is
also the fact that
biological systems are
redundant. The same

molecules may be
simultaneously used in
different organs and
tissues where they
provide for
completely different
behavioral functions."

"Your thoughts are
not contained in your
head -- they are part
of the Quantum Field.

When playing through
your nervous system
the thoughs generate
a vibatory field
similar to that of a

Thought vibrations
interact and entangle
with harmonically
resonant structures
in the Field.

We activate and

the things that we
think about the most.

Psychologists reveal

"It is impossible for
anyone to simply

If we are watching

which we all will, then

"Single-gene
disorders affect less

The diseases that are

diabetes, heart

- short circuit a

These diseases,
however, are not the

multiple genes and
environmental
